In case you need to cancel your appointment, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance. By doing so, you are helping to manage our staff's time properly and giving another member the opportunity to be served in the same time period.
If you know you will be late for your appointment, please let us know at least 30 minutes before the scheduled time. This will allow us to adjust the schedule and see if we can accommodate you fully.
If you do not cancel the appointment in time or do not show up, there will be a charge for the session.
