As part of our effort to ensure the smooth operation of our services and to avoid last minute delays or cancellations, we have established the following cancellation and delay policy. Thank you very much for your understanding and cooperation.
At SomaWellness, we fully respect the time of every member and maintain a high level of service through proper appointment scheduling.
For this reason, the following terms apply:
Appointment Cancellation
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
To avoid being charged for a no-show, notification is required at least 12 hours in advance, by phone or via email.
Late Arrival
In the event of late arrival without prior notice, the duration of the session may be shortened or may not take place if there is no available time. The reserved time remains exclusively booked for the specific member.
No-Show
In case of non-attendance without timely notice (at least 12 hours in advance), the session is considered completed and is non-refundable.
• For session packages, one (1) session will be deducted from the active package.
• For monthly or unlimited memberships:
– Bookings up to 30 minutes: one (1) session will be charged.
– 60-minute bookings: two (2) sessions will be charged.
In the case of repeated no-shows, SomaWellness reserves the right to limit future bookings.
The policy applies equally to all members without exceptions.
If you know you will be late for your appointment, please let us know at least 30 minutes before the scheduled time. This will allow us to adjust the schedule and see if we can accommodate you fully.
If you do not cancel the appointment in time or do not show up, there will be a charge for the session.
